No fees will be charged for cancellations or changes made up to 3 days before arrival.

In the event of cancellation within 3 days before arrival or a no-show, the total costs will be charged.

If you are with a group of more than 6 people or booking more than 3 rooms, please contact us by phone or email. Different payment and cancellation conditions apply to group reservations. Upon confirmation of the group reservation, 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date. Otherwise, the total costs will be charged.
